Ordering

Do you guarantee your T-shirts?
We do all we can to accept returns for unworn and unwashed items.  For custom shirts, we do not accept returns because the shirts are uniquely designed and made. 

What if I don't want to place an order over the Internet?
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure on-line ordering system, you can place an order by telephone.  To place a telephone order, select the items that you wish to purchase and call 800-253-8856 with your credit card number.  We will then place your order for you. 

How long does it take to get a shirt?
All orders taake 3-5 business days. We encourage you to join the "Bankers Dozen Club" where you receive 13 T-Shirts.  You get one T-shirt free when you join the club and one T-shirt a month for one year.  Club members get their T-shirts in the first week of every month. 

Do you charge sales tax?
WallstT.com is located in Stowe, Vermont.  By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Vermont.  Orders shipped outside of Vermont are not subject to sales tax.  

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

WallstT.com accepts Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, and Discover.  All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars.  Your account will be charged for the amount of the sale at the time your order is ready to ship.  

Shipping

Domestic Shipping
If our preprinted items are in stock we usually ship your order the same or next business day.  Custom designed items have a 5-10 business day production time before we ship.  All items contained in your order must be in stock before it ships.  Once the order leaves our location, delivery time depends on the shipping option you select.   For U.S. destinations, our shipping options and delivery times are as follows:

International Shipping
WallstT.com ships all international orders utilizing U.S. Air Mail and FedEx International.  International orders require physical street address and phone number.  We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International Orders.  Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays.  The shipping time for all international orders usually takes 20 business days depending on the country destination. 

Note:
International orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the country of destination.  Please check with custom officials within your country.  wallstT.com is not responsible for any custom fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.

Improper Address
If you do not provide us with the complete proper address or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you provide us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $15.00. 

Receiving

How do I find out the status of my order at wallstT.com?
Review your recent e-mail messages from wallstT.com.  We notify customers, at the time the order is shipped, a tracking number and a link to the shipper that we used to ship your order.  Go directly to the link to the shipper and enter your tracking number.  wallstT.com members will be notified in the first week of each month with their link and tracking number.  If you can't find your tracking number, forward a copy of your order confirmation, including your name, order number, and e-mail address to service@wallstT.com 

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department at service@wallstT.com for further instructions.  Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. 

How do I return an Order?
We do all we can to exchange or return items.  First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at service@wallstT.com.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt.  Next, you will need to send your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping.  Note: we do not accept returns on washed or worn shirts, nor do we accepts returns for custom or sale shirts. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
At wallstT.com, we want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order the same day you submit your order.  Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order.  If your order contains custom shirts or items that ship within 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.  If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate.
